What are we looking for
The RubiBlue Software Sales Executive is a professional, experienced and target driven sales executive who has experience with CRM systems. We’re looking for a passionate individual with three to five years’ experience in sales to join our dynamic sales team. You need to have a hunger to succeed and excellent work ethic.
What does a Software Sales Executive do?
You are an integral part of the sales team and will be required to sell our extensive range of software solution products to various clients in South Africa as well as Africa. You will need a passport for your travels across border and your own transport is essential.
What experience is preferred?
We need someone with a minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience in software and hardware sales as well as extensive knowledge of using a CRM system. If you have experience in or have knowledge of the insurance industry, this will be of benefit to you.

What are the minimum requirements?
- 3 – 5 years experience
- Own transport
- A valid driver’s license
- Able to speak at least 2 African languages
- CRM knowledge
- Experience in software and hardware sales
- Ability to source own leads
- Experience with cold calling
