Rapid growth for RubiBlue sparks need for new employees

In 2017, RubiBlue has grown not only the number of policies its leading policy management solution handles from 4.3 million to 5.5 million, and grown from collecting R320 million to R400 million a month, its team has grown by just over a third.

On the rapid growth, RubiBlue MD Chris Ogden says: “Along with the need to support our growing client base and the number of policy holders they’re providing for, we have built up the business in a way to not only support the sales team, but to create the capacity to be able to take advantage of opportunities that come our way, and not have to turn them away.”

With further aggressive growth plans for 2018 as it looks to penetrate the content further, and enter new markets with new products and services, RubiBlue has hired four new team members in November.

Kholisile Homani and Jeremiah Moatshe are two new developers for RubiBlue, and will work across all products and services, as well as working on new solutions and customising software in line with client needs.

Kgothatso Mabaso is the second female sales representative to be appointed by RubiBlue, and she is charged with growing easiPol sales and has already successfully had a number of contracts signed.

Grant Rees Bevan has been appointed as a sales representative, and is tasked with taking easiPoint to market and growing its presence across Africa. Bevan has a passion for innovation, disruption, technology and software and is incredibly knowledgeable within the sector.
