With integration into new DebiCheck Partners, easiPol has the ability to initiate DebiCheck transactions.

DebiCheck debit orders are the first processed debit orders on any recipient’s bank account as priority.

The benefit is that it protects the consumer and is beneficial to you, the debit collector.

Your payments are prioritised over non DebiCheck debit orders.

  • Automated Claims Pay out

easiPol has the ability to manage your claim payments.

Using 90% automation, easiPol collects all payable claims and automatically submits the claims to your payment provider, Netcash.

Once the claim has been approved by your claims department, the system will automatically pay out the claim directly into the account holders bank account.

As with all old technology it becomes out dated and slow to use, the 8110 device will no longer be supported as of 31 July 2023. We are very fond of this device and are sad to see it come to an end, In the same breath we are very excited for the value that the new devices will provide all our clients. This new device is not only more powerful with improved features but also has the ability to take and swipe card transactions.

There are rental as well as ownership options available for the new devices.

  • Annual Price increase

Over the past three years, we have managed to keep price escalations between 3 and 6%.

From 1st March 2023 we will be applying an escalation of between 6% and 8% across all of our services.
